The bill (Reg. No.5117) amends clause 152 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and supplements the Code with a new clause 152-1 that introduces administrative responsibility for the violation of purity rules in townships, recreation zones and other territories. The bill amends the Laws "On the Police" and "On Urban Development."
